Business Development Manager (Media & Entertainment – The Americas) Remote (California, US)

We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager for The Americas region. In this role, you will build up and maintain our network amongst broadcasters, telcos, and OTT platform operators, and help their in-house teams to establish powerful OTT backend solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Increase Axinom’s visibility and brand recognition in the market to expand our business
  • Build up a strong network in the media & entertainment industry in The Americas
  • Identify and meet with prospective customers, explore and uncover their business needs
  • Gain new customers and open up new areas of business
  • Deepen the relationship with existing clientele
  • Closely collaborate with the solution architecture team to drive sales opportunities and close deals
  • Travel domestically and internationally to meet prospects and attend events

Skill requirements

  • 5 years of experience and a proven record in networking and sales in the media & entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of the Americas media market
  • Good technical understanding, ideally education in IT
  • Proactiveness and a strong drive for results
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
