Axinom is an international software development company building world-class digital solutions for aerospace, media, and entertainment industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident customer service agent to join our team!

Job Description:

  • Acquire depth knowledge about Axinom products, platforms and solutions
  • Engage with customers by answering incoming chat requests and calls
  • Provide guidance about Axinom products or service requests
  • Work very closely with other departments to provide the best customer service
  • Work in a 24 x 7 environment

Skill Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • IT knowledge and computer skills are must
  • You enjoy the contact with customers and work reliably, independently and highly customer-orientated
  • You have an excellent and comprehensive verbal expression
  • You like working in an international team and appreciate exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues
  • Professional qualifications like SLIM/CIM and in IT are must
  • Previous experience in Media or Aviation industry will be an added qualification
  • Good presentation skills, customer communication skills are definite advantage
