Partnerships Manager Tartu/Tallinn, Fürth

As our talented partnerships manager you would establish and maintain relations with external companies that have strategic business value for Axinom. Axinom’s Partner Program targets channel partners (companies choosing Axinom products to build tailored solutions for their own business or their customers), as well as technology partners (companies with complementary offerings together with whom we approach new customers and markets). We are looking for someone who would be responsible for building up and maintaining both areas, in order to position Axinom as a trustworthy partner and as a leading software product company for the media & entertainment as well as transportation industries.

Throughout the years, we have enabled some of the biggest media and transportation companies to build and serve scalable entertainment, video streaming, content protection, connectivity, and IoT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Developing Axinom’s Partner Program and helping us to build up the partner business as one of the cornerstones of our business strategy
  • Owning a good technical overview of Axinom products and their capabilities, both on a business and technology level
  • Consulting partners on Axinom capabilities and helping them to leverage Axinom products in their projects
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships to external companies complementing and enhancing Axinom products
  • Participating in the development of Axinom business models and commercial offerings based on feedback from partners and the market in general
  • Being ready to travel to trade shows and partners or customers

Skill requirements

  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in working with many external companies, ideally in sales or business development
  • Proactiveness, willingness to try out new approaches, and strong drive to bring our business forward
  • Strong technical skills enabling to understand Axinom products in deeper detail
  • Ability to learn and understand new technologies fast to assess their fitting with Axinom business and product portfolio
  • Understanding of business affairs to develop new business models and create appealing offerings for the target markets in cooperation with the partners
  • Good time management skills
  • Previous education or work experience in Information Technology is beneficial (for example Product Management, Project Management, Solution Architecture, Partnerships Management)
