Job description

  • Engage with website visitors by guiding them through the product portfolio and running tailored presentations for them
  • Be the first point of contact for Website new business prospects and determine the next steps for each new prospect
  • Qualify inbound leads coming from website based on product strategies
  • Generate & validate leads using website while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate Axinom products and services features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers
  • Persuade the customer by demonstrating how Axinom products or services meet their needs
  • Work with the Sales team to make sure the client’s initial requirements/meeting done and follow up
  • Provide guidance about Axinom products or service requests
  • Ask right questions to understand the customer’s requirements better
  • Handle support and incident requests from existing customers
  • Work very closely with other departments to provide the best customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Work in a 24X7 environment

Skill requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in sales/customer service role, preferably in technology field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales role in technology 
  • Good presentation skills, customer communication skills are must
  • You enjoy the contact with customers and work reliably, independently and highly customer-orientated
  • Fast learner with a strong skills in technology
  • Commercially driven and goal-oriented
  • You like working in an international team and appreciate exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues
  • Professional Qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Previous experience in Media or Transportation industries will be an added qualification
  • Previous experience in online chat for sales is a plus
